Directions for use:

Adults - Take 1 tablet a day with a meal or as directed by your Health Care Practitioner.

Contains Lactose.

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 100mcg of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Selenium containing products are not suitable for children under 15 years of age.

Vitamin supplements can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.
