Horleys Replace Hydration is an isotonic sports drink scientifically formulated to rapidly replenish fluids and electrolytes. Horleys Replace Hydration also provides the energy you need to delay the onset of fatigue.

Who can use this product?

Anyone who exercises for more than an hour or engages in strenuous or sustained activity (esp. in warm conditions) e.g. all sports people, truckies, labourers, golfers, trampers, shearers etc.

When To Use:

Before, during and after sports or activity. Recommended intake: 200ml every 15-20 minutes, up to one litre post exercise.

Also useful when ill with a stomach bug or recovering from a big night.

How To Use:

Add one scoop (16g) to 200ml of cold water and stir until dissolved. To make 1 litre, use 5 scoops (80g).

Once prepared, store in the fridge. Note: whole tub makes approx 8.4 litres.
