Directions for use:
Add 36.1g (approximately three scoops) to 200-250ml of water, non fat milk or fruit juice and mix in a blender or shaker. You can also add ICE Whey to other foods like cereal, fruit and yoghurt to increase the protein content. If you weigh more than 90kg, you can increase your serving size to 48g (approximately 4 scoops). Recommended maximum daily intake: 3 servings
